While the original Holsteins in The Cosmopolitan is beloved for its burgers, beer selection and boozy shakes, the stadium outpost pares down those offerings to the bare essentials: the burgers! And they have three of their best sellers on the menu at their Section 106 location.

The Gold Standard is made with dry-aged beef sirloin, and topped with smoked bacon, cheddar, tomato confit and chive aioli. The Nom Nom Burger is one of those same patties, topped with cheddar cheese and 1,000 Island Dressing. And for the plant-based Raiders fans, there’s a veggie burger, adorned with lettuce, tomato, smashed avocado and chive aioli. As a nod to their hosts, they’ve also included a Raider Dog on the menu, along with peanuts, popcorn, chips and candy.
