Night + Market
Chef Kris Yenbamroong's Night + Market offers the rare opportunity to enjoy Thai cuisine in a major Las Vegas casino; in this case, Virgin Hotels east of the Strip. The chef puts a few SoCal touches on traditional recipes – for example, using pastrami from an L.A deli in the Pad Thai. Most of the dishes lean toward heavy, robust, spicy flavors, which are balanced best by a carefully selected lineup of low-intervention wines, with crisp whites well represented.
Donald Contursi, whose Lip Smacking Foodie Tours includes the restaurant on a culinary tour of the Virgin property, describes Night + Market as “definitely no stranger to spice and fun."
