Trustworthy Brewing Company

The only brewpub on the Vegas Strip, this location on the second level of the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian is an offshoot of the original spot in Burbank, CA.

The décor features an elevated 60-seat bar with an old-school lighted movie sign marquee displaying the beers on tap, and large windows offering a peek into the brewing apparatus. The housemade brews range from light to strong variations including Gigil Rice Pilsner, Trustworthy West Coast IPA, What Plane? Oatmeal Stout and Brass Jar Hoppy Amber Ale, all of which are also sold in four-packs to go. If you’re lucky, you’ll drop in when Head Brewer Zach Johnson uncorks one of his flavorful cask ales (naturally fermented and served from the same vessel with no forced carbonation).

A full menu is offered from the restaurant, with a mix of comfort food favorites such as fish and chips, smoked beef brisket, chicken pot pie, chili and burgers. There is also a second Trustworthy bar, which serves a handful of the Trustworthy beers, situated on the opposite end of the Grand Canal Shoppes.
