It may be delivery and pick-up only, but it doesn't take away from the fact that Underground Burger is making some of the best vegan burgers in town. This ghost kitchen with pick-ups at Good Morning Kitchen + Cocktails in Southwest Las Vegas and the Arts District Tacotarian has a simple menu -- a few burgers, chick'n sandwiches, loaded fries or tots and shakes. That's it. But, that's all they need.

Modeled after In N Out, Underground Burger use a blend of Impossible meat with their own mix to create a perfectly seared, perfectly textured, perfectly flavored "I can't believe this is vegan" burger. Aiming to fill the void of a "good messy burger" people order when they're starving, drunk or hungover (according to their anonymous owner), they've cornered the market. And, what better town to reach that population than Las Vegas.
