Selected by host of the Vegas Revealed podcast Dayna Roselli for its Live Music, this venue at Mandalay Bay is one of the few restaurants that offer the option to enjoy live performances while you dine, with the stage prominently located in the main dining room.
After a $4.5 million renovation, the restaurant and bar now resemble a warehouse distillery complete with corrugated metal, aged steel, wood millwork, brick walls, riveted metal panels, a copper still, artist murals and folk art.
Those from the South will feel very much at home with the food menu, which is known for offering made-from-scratch, Southern-inspired cooking with dishes including New Orleans jambalaya and gumbo, blackened salmon, fried chicken, Cajun chicken pasta, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, house-smoked Carolina pulled-pork barbeque, shrimp po-boy sandwich, Memphis-style baby back ribs, Delta fried chicken, jalapeno cornbread, and key lime pie.
