French Cellar by Partage

$ $

The team behind the French fine dining of Partage have retrofitted their original concept (Eatt) into a charming bistro for wine and casual bites with rewarding results. French Cellar operates five nights a week with a menu that showcases premium, often-imported ingredients like salmon, foie gras, and even the bread and butter. "I love the garlic butter that drips out of the escargot," said Rob Kachelriess of Thrillist. "Soaking it up with that delicious French bread is a perfect combination."

All the wines are French with a strong emphasis on burgundies (a personal favorite of manager Nicolas Kalpokdjian). Take a bottle home from the retail shop or stay a while with a recommendation from the knowledgeable service team. The French Cellar Wine Club ($99 a month or $999 per year) supplies two bottles a month, regular tastings and other perks.
