DW Bistro
A Las Vegas original, DW Bistro takes the bold step of creating its own culinary niche by combining the flavors of Jamaican cuisine and New Mexican regional food in a Parisian-style restaurant. Owner Bryce Krausman and founding Chef Dalton Wilson, brothers-in-cuisine, took this bold concept and named it DW, and acronym for “Dining With” that represents the restaurant and the brand. More than a decade into their run, the menu continues to evolve, with new creative takes on its lunch and dinner staples. And DW’s weekend brunch is among the most popular off-Strip.
House favorites include the DW Salmon bowl: fresh salmon on a bed of sautéed seasonal vegetables, served with rice or couscous. Two standout cocktails are GT&T and the DW Margarita. Yes, we know gin and tonics and margaritas are staples on most cocktail menus. But these are special. GT&T is made with a unique pink grapefruit ting brought in straight from Jamaica, and the DW Margarita is created with house-made pomegranate iced tea.
